Set up as a commercial establishment in 2010, we, Patel’s Property Care (PPC), are a family-owned cleaning service provider operating primarily in Gold Coast and Darwin. In our decade-long journey so far, we have been consistently turning our knowledge of the industry into expertise and commercial success.
With an unwavering focus on our motive of “creating new service standards,” we strive to deliver consistent, high quality cleaning service to our customers, irrespective of the type of property. We understand the value and importance of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environment, security, and hygiene standards, and make sure we adhere to them in each and every project we take up.

Our long-term goal is to become one of the best commercial cleaners in the whole of Australia. As a small but significant step towards this goal, we expanded our area of coverage in Gold Coast in 2019, further trying to encompass the entirety of the Queensland region.
Late 2009 – Started learning about the cleaning industry and the cleaning services market in Gold Coast.
Mid-2010 – Bagged our first daily commercial cleaning sub-contract for a pub-cum-restaurant setup.
Mid-2012 – Moved to Mount Isa, Queensland, to commence a new sub-contract.

Service: Commercial (on construction site) and residential cleaning
Early 2015 – Took the major step of choosing Darwin, Northern Territory, to establish ourselves as a cleaning contractor with long-term commitment to the industry and the region. Formally introduced Patel’s Property Care in Darwin.
Early 2019 – Started charting our future course of action, which includes establishing PPC’s presence in the Gold Coast market, thereby expanding our reach in Queensland.

While we always go the extra mile to ensure incident-free execution of our services, we are also equally wary of situations that are beyond anyone’s control.
